This page (together with the documents referred to on it) confirms the terms on which you may make use of our website rdszone.com, whether as a visitor, or a registered user/author.   They are not the same as our Terms of Sale which relate to advertising and similar contracts for paid services.  These are detailed in our separate Terms of Sale, available on request.  In the event of a conflict between our Terms of Website Use and our Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale will take priority.
 
Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time, or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, even to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and only disclose it to third parties that are acting as your agent, or otherwise with your full authority. Adding Listings and Other Content to rdszone.com
Users and visitors are invited to become registered members of rdszone.com, and to submit listing information, articles and blogs for use on the site.  The following sets out the terms under which we accept this content:

1.    Descriptions should be kept factual, and excessive use of superlatives is likely to be edited out, before reaching the website

2.    rdszone.com reserves full editing rights to all submitted listings.  If you don’t like how we edit your entry, you can email us and ask for it to be removed.

3.    Business owners and promoting agencies or individuals are prohibited from writing their own reviews  - that is, as if they were a customer.  If this is done and we suspect it, we will flag it as ‘suspect review’, or remove it altogether. We may also place a statement next to your listing saying that we suspect this to be a bogus review

4.    No entries will be accepted that contain profanities, or are in any way offensive to any person, race, creed, or that promote physical violence or harm to people or property, or that contravene criminal or civil laws.

5.    You must Register and Login to post a listing.

Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated by way of reference on the site, rdszone.com is the owner or authorised licensee of all intellectual property rights contained or used on rdszone.com , as well as all textual and image content in the material published on the site.  These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page or pages from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others to material posted on our site. 

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our website may also offer access to the services of our business partners in the  booking, sale and/or rental, and provision of flights, hotels, villa and apartment accommodation, real estate, car hire and packaged holidays. 

Whilst the relevant pages on our website may include elements from our commercial partners’ websites to enable enquiries, reservations and bookings to be made with them, all such enquiries, bookings, and contractual arrangements that you may make through such links are between you and the providers of such services.  rdszone.com is making these services and business partners available to in good faith, but this implies no specific responsibility for any arrangements that you make with them for such services.

Prohibited uses
You may use our site only for lawful purposes.  You may not use our site:

  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
